Submission instructions

The submission guidelines are the same for both poster and oral presentation. All submissions must be written in English. 

When submitting, please upload a PDF file using the appropriate template: 

Please note that submitting a contribution does not constitute registration, so do not forget to also complete the registration form. 

At least one author of each accepted contribution must be present in person at the conference. 

The abstract should not exceed 300 words. 

Submissions must be made between September 1st and September 25th, 2025.
