JOURNÉE BIOLOGIE IN SILICO DE RENNES

The Journée de Biologie In Silico de Rennes (JBISR) is a conference to be held on 25 November 2025 in Rennes at the Health campus of the University of Rennes.

This first edition aims to bring together the scientific community around advances in bioinformatics applied to healthcare, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence (AI) for image analysis and the integration of multi-modal data.

The programme will include three thematic sessions:

  • Integration of multi-modal data in biology and cancer: Exploration of strategies for combining different data sources (genomics, transcriptomics, imaging, etc.) for an in-depth understanding of biological systems.
  • Advanced methods for biological image analysis: Presentation of the most recent techniques in image processing, with a focus on the application of AI for the analysis and interpretation of complex visual data.
  • Applications of AI in personalised medicine and health: Discussion of the advances and challenges involved in applying AI for precision medicine, diagnosis and individualised treatment in cancerology.
